Place was picked. Seated and drinks and order was taken immediately. Food was great, reasonable and service was great. 1st time eating here, will not be the last.
Their breakfast and lunch is very delicious. If I still lived near there, I would eat there several times a week.
The food was great!! I am not a real fan of grits. I usually eat a few spoonfuls and I'm done but these were amazing! The first time I've ever finished a whole bowl. Let's talk about the pancake. Huge! The healthy size ball of butter in the middle was a perfect combination with the plate size pancake. The coffee was a little on the bitter side but otherwise, perfection.
I'll soon be new to the area, so I took the long way to the new apartment and found this spot next to a convenience store. Definitely a local spot where they knew their customers. Solid, basic menu with some specials tossed in. My choice of the day was the farmers bowl/scramble with sausage as the protein. Never an empty coffee cup until I had to tap the brakes. Will certainly be on the list of places when I'm local to the area.

Don’t underestimate this small local restaurant just because it is attached to a gas station! The FARMER’S BREAKFAST BOWL IS DA BOMB💯! Get there EARLY-everyone loves this place-the food is always hot and delicious, service is always remarkable, portion sizes are wonderful, establishment is always clean and orderly. It may be a bit smaller than some standard restaurants, but it is so worth it! We love the down-to-earth staff and the short wait is always a pleasure because you get to interact with the community.
Finding this place was a Gold Mine! I got the Farmer's Bowl, and added sausage gravy. The strawberry jam with toast on the side was delicious, as was the bowl itself! Great amount of food for the price, too! Would absolutely recommend. Service was friendly and didn't wait too long, either.
This is a restaurant that makes me want to return. Great coffee, great food, especially the pancakes. Wait staff are usually quick and direct unless you are a long time local, understandable during busy times which has been every time I go there for breakfast. The place is clean and kept orderly, plenty of parking and pretty easy to drive to.
